The presale list
With your consent, KARROW uses your email address to contact you about the KARROW Sculpt presale and first drop. Your first name and product, size and leggings-length preferences are optional and help us understand demand. Joining does not place an order.
What we store
We store your email address, any name and preferences you provide, the form you used, and the date and version of your consent. A keyed hash of your IP address is used in 15-minute windows to limit spam and sign-in attempts. Expired records are removed on the next waitlist or sign-in request. We do not save your raw IP address in the waitlist.
Where information is kept
In the local development site, registrations are saved in a file on the developer’s computer. The live site is designed to use Supabase database storage, accessible only through the KARROW server. Hosting providers may also process technical request logs. No advertising or analytics tools have been added.
Your choices
You can withdraw consent at any time and unsubscribe from presale emails. Each presale email must include an unsubscribe option. You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your information, and complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies
The public site does not use a shopping bag or save purchase preferences in your browser. The private admin area uses a necessary, secure session cookie that expires after eight hours.
Before the list goes live
This notice still requires the business identity, a privacy contact for withdrawal and rights requests, the selected Supabase region and hosting provider, retention period, and any international transfer safeguards. These details must be completed before collecting public registrations.
